Quick IT help inside a Mac company, without heavy remote tools
In a small Mac team, one person is often the IT person. Help colleagues in one click: see their screen, point at the setting and take over when needed, only while they are there.

Short answer: in a small team on Mac, most IT questions take two minutes once you can see the screen. With Pairio, a colleague clicks your name, shares their screen, and you point at the right setting or take over with your own mouse and keyboard. It only works while they are in the call with you, which keeps it simple and trusted.
Typical questions it solves
- "My VPN does not connect."
- "Where do I change my email signature?"
- "The printer is not showing up."
- "I cannot find the shared drive."
- "macOS asks me something and I do not dare to click."
How it works
- Everyone in the team installs Pairio once. You add each other as contacts with your work email.
- Someone with a question clicks your name in the Pairio menu. You can pick up, or reply with "Give me 5 min".
- They share their screen. You see exactly what they see, sharp enough to read small dialogs.
- Draw a circle around the setting they need, and let them click. Or take over for a moment with your own mouse and keyboard.
- Need to send a file, like a VPN profile or a manual? Send it straight from your Mac to theirs during the call.
Why not a full remote support tool?
Tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk or a device management system are great for IT departments. For a team of 5 to 50 people on Mac, they are often more than you need. Pairio is lighter: no separate support sessions, no codes to read out, just a call.
Good to know
- Only with the person there. Nobody can see or control a Mac in Pairio without being in a call and sharing their screen. You cannot connect to a Mac when nobody is at it.
- Passwords. Let your colleague type their own passwords. Pairio can hide apps such as Mail and Messages, but the person whose Mac it is types the passwords.
- Permissions. To let you take over, your colleague allows Pairio once in macOS (Accessibility). Pairio explains this during setup.
When Pairio is not the right choice
- You need to fix computers when nobody is there, or manage many devices at once. Use a device management or remote support tool.
- Your team mostly uses Windows. Windows users can join from a browser, but others can only draw on a screen shared from a browser.
Questions people ask
Does it cost anything? Every user gets 10 hours per month for free. For quick IT help, that is usually enough. Pro is $15 per month.
Which macOS versions work? macOS 15 or later, on Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
