For Product Teams

Work on the product.
Together, on one screen.

Product managers, designers, developers and stakeholders each look at a different version of the product: the mockup, the work in progress, the ticket, last month’s demo. Pairio puts everyone on one screen, so you work on the real thing and decide on the spot.

Check the result against the design

Open the design and the finished feature side by side on one screen. The designer circles what differs, and the developer fixes it during the call instead of after release.

Show a bug instead of writing it up

You wrote the ticket with three screenshots. It came back: can’t reproduce. Call instead. Show the bug happening on your screen, then hand over the mouse so the developer can look for themselves.

Show stakeholders the real product

You could spend an hour on slides that are out of date by Monday. Or call them, open the product, and let them click through it. Vague feedback like “it feels off” becomes a circle around the part they mean.

Ask a developer a quick question

You need one answer, and they need to stay in their work. A meeting costs them half an hour. A call costs two minutes: click their name, look at the screen together, find the solution, hang up.

Shape an idea together

Nobody can picture it yet, so everyone pictures something else. Open the rough mockup and draw on it together. You leave the call having seen the same thing.

Three people on one call

A call holds three people, such as the designer, the developer and the product manager. Everyone looks at the same screen, and nobody has to pass things on.

Why product teams use Pairio.

Take the mouse yourself.

“Can you scroll down? No, up. Click that.” Take the mouse and keyboard yourself, as soon as the person sharing lets you.

Point at what you mean.

Draw a circle or an arrow on the shared screen. Nobody has to guess which label, gap or step you mean.

Hide what’s private.

Your inbox, your messages, the chat you forgot to close. App Mask keeps the apps you choose off the shared screen.

Common questions.

How many people can be on a call?

Three, for example a designer, a developer and a product manager.

Do the people I call need to install anything?

Yes. Everyone on the call needs the Mac app and a free account, including a stakeholder who only joins to take a look. Pairio runs on macOS Sequoia (15.0) or later, and there is no Windows or Linux version.

Can I try something a developer is still working on?

Yes, when they let you. The person sharing hands over their keyboard and mouse, and can take them back at any time.

Will people see my messages and email while I share?

Not if you hide them. App Mask keeps the apps you choose, such as messages and email, off the shared screen.

What does it cost if some of us only call now and then?

The free plan includes every feature and 10 hours of calls per month for each person. Pro is $15/month per user for unlimited hours, so someone who only joins now and then can stay on the free plan.
