Add Pairio to any event.

Pick Pairio in an event’s video conferencing, where you would pick Google Meet or Zoom. Everyone you invite gets a link, and joins from the Pairio Mac app or from their browser.

Free, from the Google Workspace Marketplace. It works with the Pairio account that has the same email address as your Google account.

How it works.

  1. Pick Pairio in the event

    In Google Calendar, open an event, click Add video conferencing and choose Pairio. The event gets a Pairio link of its own.

  2. Your guests get the link

    Save the event and invite people as you always do. Their invite carries a Join with Pairio button.

  3. They join from a Mac or a browser

    The link opens a page where each guest picks Open in Pairio, for the Mac app, or Join in browser.

Common questions.

Is the add-on free?

Yes. Calls use your Pairio plan: the free plan includes 10 hours every month, and Pro is $15/month for unlimited hours.

Do my guests need the Mac app?

No. They can join from their browser with a free Pairio account, or open the meeting in the Mac app.

Does the organizer have to be there?

No. Whoever arrives first starts the call.

Is it a full Pairio call?

Yes. Sharp screen sharing, drawing on each other’s screen and remote control, as in any Pairio call.

What does the add-on see in my calendar?

Only the ID of the event you add Pairio to, so the event keeps its link. Never its title, time, description or guests.

Can I still call a teammate without an event?

Yes. Calling a contact still takes one click. The add-on is for the calls you plan ahead.
